- Separation/Enrichment Module: Physically separates recycled cement paste (RCP) and aggregates (e.g., triboelectric or density-based routes, depending on feed).
- Carbonation / Reactivation Unit: CO₂-assisted conditioning of recycled fines to enhance reactivity; process controls for temperature, humidity, residence time.
- Binder Reactivation Protocols: Lab-to-pilot workflows for blending ratios, activators, and performance metrics (strength development, durability indexes).
